By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
- Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all users of the Mazdoor Lab platform, including individuals, service providers, and visitors interacting with the App, its features, and related services.
- Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the App, and through integrated services.
2.1 Personal Identification Information
- Full name
- Username
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile image and cover image
2.2 Identity Verification Data
To maintain trust and platform integrity, we may collect:
- CNIC number
- CNIC front image
- CNIC back image
This information is used solely for verification and fraud prevention purposes.
2.3 Location Information
With your explicit consent, we collect:
- Approximate location
- Precise GPS location
Users may manually set or select their service area within the app. This information is used to match users with relevant service providers and customers based on selected regions.
The app does not perform continuous or real-time background tracking of users’ live location. Location data is used only when required for core app functionality.
Service providers may operate from any location and are not required to maintain a physical shop or business address to use the platform.
Purpose:
- To provide location-based services
- To display nearby users, workers, shops, and content
- To rank content based on proximity (near-to-far)
Important Disclosure:
Your exact geographic coordinates are not publicly displayed. Other users may see approximate proximity indicators (e.g., nearby users), but not your precise location.
2.4 User-Generated Content
We collect and store content voluntarily provided by users, including:
- Posts (images, videos, captions, hashtags)
- Chat messages (text, audio, images, and shared location)
- Reviews, ratings, and comments
- Shop details, product listings, and media uploads
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or publish on the platform. Mazdoor Lab does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.
2.5 Communication Data
- Messages exchanged between users
- Notifications and system communications
2.6 Transaction and Subscription Data
- Subscription purchases for shop activation
- Wallet or coin transactions
- Order history and service engagement records
For services, transactions may occur directly between users. Mazdoor Lab does not control or take responsibility for payments made outside the official platform payment system.
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing (Google Pay or supported methods). We do not store full payment credentials.
2.7 Technical and Usage Data
Automatically collected data includes:
- Device type, model, and operating system
- IP address and network information
- App usage activity and interaction logs
- Crash reports and diagnostics
- Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Location access
- Camera access
- Gallery/media access
- Microphone access
- Storage access
- Push notifications
You may control these permissions via your device settings.
Accessibility Service (if enabled):
The app may use accessibility services strictly for improving user experience and app functionality. This service is optional, requires explicit user consent, and is not used to collect sensitive data or monitor user activity outside the app.
- How We Use Your Information
We process your information for the following purposes:
- Account creation, authentication, and management
- Enabling login via Google Sign-In
- Facilitating user interactions (chat, hiring, following, engagement)
- Providing location-based discovery of users and services
- Managing subscriptions and service provider activation
- Processing transactions through Google Play Billing
- Improving application performance and user experience
- Sending notifications and service updates
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud or misuse
- Enforcing platform policies and terms
- Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following trusted third-party services:
- Firebase (Google), analytics, crash reporting, push notifications
- Google Sign-In, authentication services
- Google Play Billing / Google Pay, payment processing
These third parties may process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data.

Mazdoor Lab provides safety and moderation tools:

7.2 Blocking Feature
Users may block other users to prevent interaction.
7.3 Administrative Actions
The Company reserves the right to:
- Review reported content
- Remove or restrict content
- Suspend or permanently block accounts
- Take necessary enforcement actions
Users are advised to exercise caution and verify service providers before engaging in any service.
- Data Retention
We retain personal data:
- For as long as the account remains active
- As required for legal, compliance, or operational purposes
Data may be anonymized or deleted when no longer required.
- Account Deletion and Data Removal
Users may request account deletion through the App.
- Upon deletion request, the account enters a 7-day grace period
- Users may reactivate the account during this period
- After 7 days, the account and associated data may be permanently deleted
Certain data may be retained if required by law or legitimate business purposes.
Upon successful deletion of an account, users will receive confirmation within the app or via registered email, confirming that their data has been removed in accordance with this policy.
- Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
- User Rights
Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent where applicable
- Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
- Financial Information and Currency
- All billing and subscription charges are processed via Google Play Billing
- Prices are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
- We do not directly store sensitive financial data
- International Data Processing
Your data may be processed and stored in accordance with this Policy, regardless of your geographic location.
- Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated date.
